About us
According to the critics, the alternative Dutch group AEMEN plays a fresh and very captivating mix of guitar rock from the nineties, mixed with sounds from the sixties. Melodic rock with symphonic influences. AEMEN is not only the name of the band, but also the name of an imaginary child who lives in her own dream world. Her fantasies about life, nature and death are a source of inspiration for the poetic lyrics.
Volgens de critici speelt de alternative Nederlandse groep AEMEN een frisse en zeer meeslepende mix van gitaarrock uit de jaren negentig, gemengd met geluiden uit de jaren zestig. Melodieuze rock met symfonische invloeden. AEMEN is niet alleen de naam van de band, maar ook de naam van een denkbeeldig kind dat in haar eigen droomwereld leeft. Haar fantasieën over leven, natuur en de dood zijn een bron van inspiratie voor de poëtische teksten.
Según los críticos, el grupo alternativo holandés AEMEN toca una mezcla fresca y muy convincente de rock de guitarra de los noventa, mezclado con sonidos de los sesenta. Rock melódico con influencias sinfónicas. AEMEN no es sólo el nombre de la banda, sino también el nombre de un niño imaginario que vive en su propio mundo de sueños. Sus fantasías sobre la vida, la naturaleza y la muerte son fuente de inspiración para los textos poéticos.
